I love glasshouse! I feel so safe with the 24-hour concierges and multiple key-fob requirements for entry. All of the concierges ... could not be nicer or better at their jobs!! I love the amenities like the pool and the dog park, and I also love the garage; Ive never not found a spot and feel safe no matter what time of day or night I am getting home. Other pros: the lobby has a coffee machine, the building is super dog friendly, its a super active neighborhood (walking distance to: cute coffee shops, American Airlines Center / Katy Trial, great restaurants and bars), its within a 2 minute drive to both the toll road and central expressway, management is super responsive, I never have to wait more than a day for maintenance, paying rent online is super easy, and packages are always delivered to my apartment door or kept safe at the front desk.
